Booking & Payment
Your reservation is confirmed only after full payment or pre-authorization is processed and you receive our confirmation. All taxes and charges are included in the rate.

Check‑in & Check‑out

Check‑in: between 15:00 and 23:00 (please inform us of your arrival time in advance).

Check‑out: between 08:00 and 11:00.
On-time arrivals and departures help us serve you better.

Cancellation & No‑show
We apply a flexible cancellation policy:

Free cancellation up to 5 days before arrival.

For cancellations made less than 5 days before, 50% of the total booking will be charged.

In case of no‑show, 100% of the booking will be charged.

Non-refundable offers are not eligible for changes or refunds.

House Rules

No smoking is allowed indoors.

Parties and events are prohibited.

Respect for all guests and observance of quiet hours is mandatory.

Pets are not allowed.

Reservation Right
Harmony City Center reserves the right to cancel any booking in the case of fraudulent activity, misconduct, or if false information was provided during booking.

Guest Responsibilities
Guests must use the property and facilities responsibly. Any damage or excessive mess will incur additional charges.

Limitation of Liability
Harmony City Center is not responsible for loss or damage to guests’ personal belongings. We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings without notice under exceptional circumstances (e.g., overbooking, safety concerns).
